Congrats to the following West Hartford Premier players for helping their high school teams advance in the CIAC tournaments:

Brian Francolini, Ben Strieb, Tyler Cleverdon from Ellington high school will play in the Class M Finals on Sunday, 11/16

Justin Brewer from Somers High School will play in the Class S Finals Sunday 11/16

John Beck from Farmington will play in the Class LL game

Aaron Steinberg and Ari Sinanis helped lead Guilford to the Class LL semi-final where they lost to Farmington 2-1

Congrats to the U13 and U14 Boys for making it to the finals of the 2008 Farmington Shootout.

Congrats to Jack Monnes and Riley Strassner from the U11 Boys team who were named All-Stars at the 2008 Seacoast United Spring Invitational Tournament held April 5-6 in Epping NH.

Congrats to the U13 Boys for winning the 2008 Glastonbury Hartwell Spring Warmup Tournament held April 26-27, 2008. The team went 4-0 in tournament play and did not concede a goal.

Congrats to Joe Schuman and TJ Archer from the U13 Boys team who were named All-Stars at the 2008 Seacoast United Spring Invitational Tournament held April 5-6 in Epping NH.

Mike Manfredi, a WHPS player from age 9-17, has committed to division III powerhouse St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. Mike was also a CT HS Coaches Assoc. Class LL All-State player, a senior bowl selection and a Northwest Conference All Conference and All Academic selection from Farmington HS.
